And the windage adjuster works fine. But how about the elevation? Clockwise for up or down? Gun is currently apart waiting for an aftermarket piston, so I can't check for myself.

JEBert

Can you adjust it enough to see if it is getting taller or shorter?

C. Sight Adjustment

• Elevation - turning the elevation screw clockwise will move the sight (and point of impact) down. Turning the elevation adjustment screw counter-clockwise will move the sight (and point of impact) up.

Thanks, Larry. I didn't really want to crank on the screws just yet. Waiting for my piston/valve to come back from Airgun Smith so I can put the gun back together.

Here is some additional front and rear sight adjustment information that might prove helpful.

Adjusting the Rear Sight
If you want the pellet to go:

Up   Raise the sight
Down   Lower the sight
Right   Move to the right
Left   Move to the left

Adjusting the Front Sight
If you want the pellet to go:

Up   Lower the sight
Down   Raise the sight
Right   Move to the left
Left   Move to the right

Good list, Carl. I have adopted the FORS method to remember sight adjustments.

Forward = Opposite
Rear = Same

Larry, I'm adding your FORS acronym to my sight adjustment text file.

Thanks for sharing that one.
