Looks like a good deal.  I just ordered one as well.

I have that Williams WGRS sight on my 1377 w/steel breech.
Also have usee it on my Crosman 766 with stock front blade.

really like it.....however.....

Had to modify my front sight 3/32" higher for the WGRS to work.
Also you might want to order the largest aperature Midway has for it to work with arms length shooting.
Stock .093 aperature was too small. (for me)

You can also use the WGRS without the screw-in aperature.  The mounting ring works pretty good without
an aperature screwed in.  I often go back and forth, with/without aperature and wish there was a size in-between,
that would be perfect for  me.

Link to Midway .150 aperature with long (WGRS) shank.  ( I have not found the "Twilight" (brass ring) version any advantage)

Here are pics of my stock Crosman front sight with my epoxy (gray) modification.
Just built up, with tempory plastic sides for a mold, and filed (carefully) when cured.
Lasted for over 1.5 years so far.

This is what I use on all my peep sights, except for one.  Works out quite nice because it is adjustable.

Those are  great adjustable aperatures, but...

I can not fit a 1" Williams aperature disk, because of the low clearance and compact design of the WGRS.
Unless I have my WGRS adjusted for its losest elevation setting, all the way to the back bottom of the track,
I can not even fit a 1/2" aperature disk.

Not sure how the Merit will fit the WGRS. especially with the larger target disk.

Does anyone have experience with the Merit on a WGRS ?

Because of the way the Merit is made I don't think you will have any problem mounting one.  I have used them on my other Williams peep sights.

Soon as I get the WGRS I will post a picture of how it works.

One other thought just popped into  my feeble brain.

The .150" hole is about the largest aperature a Williams sight can have.
Even with the Merit, you can not go bigger than the threaded barrel mount.

Carl,  not trying to pick on ya...  The Midway deal is very good  on this sight,
just want to put my experience with the WGRS, on here to help others.
If you order one,  get the $6.99 3/8" x .150 and maybe a .125 at the same time
to save an extra order and shipping. (like I did)
These sizes apply if you use this sight with arms length pistol hold..  If you use a close to the eye 'taco' hold,
smaller aperatures may work ok for you.

My WGRS has been perminate on my main 1377 since I got it in 2011 during a sale like this one.

I would like a few, or the LPA sight. I can't get over how expensive they are though. Cost more than the special Amazon just had on a 1377 pistol!! Quality costs I guess...
