Spring has finally sprung in our parts, at least for last weekend.

My wife and I decided to grill for supper out in the back yard.
It was so nice out that we ate outside as well.
I still had some targets up from adjusting the sights on my new Nitro pistol and she
asked about them.  So I set us up a couple of chairs and proceed to bring out every
airgun pistol I had.  I had us setup at about ten yards.

I cocked and loaded the P17 first, the trigger is like butter...
She hit a bulls-eye first shot!  (I trace the top of a Pringles potato chip can as the target)

We spent the next half hour shooting, (till dark) she leaned how to load and fire each gun.

I found her likes interesting.

My 1377 is setup with a scope and a laser site, she loved the laser site.

She made mention of how nice the trigger was on the P17 without me saying anything.

She also really liked the Daisy (my only co2 gun) because you didn't have to pump anything!
And it is very light and easy to handle.

Her least favorite was the new Trail NP, she said it was too heavy and not easy to hold, she only
shot it once.

We had a lot of fun, she is interested in doing it again.  ;)

It's nice when people start to pick up on your interests and become genuinely interested in them as well!

Especially when you put so much time and effort into your enjoyment, it's nice to share it with someone. Makes it that much more fun!

Sounds like you two were doing some serious bonding  :-\ and the best thing is that it was pretty much her choice.

Great story!  I will admit, when I saw the title, I thought you shot up an old grill and were posting pics of the thing with holes in it.

My wife, and her cousin... are both pretty good shots. She is not into it like I am... but when we plink with the 22lr pistols at her family's in PA... those girls are giving us guys a run for our money most times lol

Sounds like a nice afternoon relaxing seagull... Cool  :) :-*

I thought we were being invited over for burgers and targets   :P
