Has anyone worked on this one ? My son just got back from S.C. with one and i put in a new co2 cart. and it blew right thru the valve .

I never worked on one but it cant be to bad check out the parts list and give crosman a call for the valve or the seals. At least you have some place to start.

Good gun. reasonably accurate. I have one i bought back in 1990.
Check the condition of the cartridge seal (38-128) and make sure the seal nut (338-041) is tight. They loosen up over time.
Mine doesn't leak with Crosman brand carts. Cheap brands, like the JT brand Wallyworld sells, have smaller necks and leak on worn seals.
