Does anyone know if a Crosman 160 tube is the same diameter as 22xx ?

the 160 tube is the same OD as the 2xxx series but the tube is not made the same meaning slots and holes ARE NOT the same --- it might be a project not worth undertaking because the 2 tubes are designed differently
