I totally agree as this was the very first mod to my PC77 and it was a huge improvement over the stock set-up. Let me know if you are interested as I have a 2nd one that I bought in advance of picking up a CO2 gun, but my plans have changed and I will cut you a good deal.

RE: the b&b that you are referencing, if you're talking about B & B Supply in Minneapolis MN, I agree! I don't live there but I have a number of family that live in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis & St. Paul) so I'm there from time to time. The shop hours aren't always convenient for me but whenever possible, I stop in and see if I can spend some $$$. I'm usually successful .  Most recently, I bought a stripped steel breech for just under $27 including the tax. The other parts that come with the "steel breech kit" are relatively easy to come by and generally way less that the $7 difference in price.
FYI, Gary, the owner of the shop is trying very hard to retire . The shop is for sale (if anyone is interested). I would like to think that any new owner would keep it going as a bit of an "airgun Mecca" but it will probably be a long time before the experience and knowledge of the new owner rises to that of Gary.
