It`s surprising that the flashing on this gun is very little my other grips had a lot more this has to be a Tuesday or Wednesday gun they did a good job on it a good gun to keep stock looks good with nothing to do to it.

My 2240 is still stock, except for the trigger job, and front sight. And she shoots well as is. But I will bling her out sooner or later  ;)

EDIT: I ment to give her bling. Make her look as pretty as she shoots.

What I need right now is grips. The grips on my 2240 gives me blisters (the Crosman stock ones). And Crosman wants too much for ones I don't like. I have a big ol' blister on my trigger hand from shooting so much yesterday.

2240's are $49.99 everday price at Walmart, ships to local store free.
I came to know this "fact" after I placed my order thru Amazon.com. I did save a few $s by going the Amazon.com route (~2.70) and not having to pay the sales tax. Not much of a savings but that's almost enough for a tin of pellets. I did have to wait a bit longer tho. I've done "site to store" with WalMart before and they do ship pretty fast. You do have to consider the cost and inconvenience of actually going the WalMart to pick the product up. Amazon ships to your doorstep!

I am a bit surprised that the WalMart price on the 2240 is $20 less than the Crosman price but their prices on the 1377 American & Pumpmaster Classics are nearly the same as Crosman's?

Just as an FYI, I was at a Sheel's last week (about 90 miles distant so I rarely go there) and saw that their price on the PC77 was $49.99! Wasn't billed as a sale price. I already have 2 1377s so I passed. Just sayin'. Flex
