Help! Need to Build 4 guns by Christmas!

On Black Friday I ordered a CCS gun that I built for my friend.  I started with a 2300KT with a synthetic shoulder stock and long steel breech, and then added a TKO, red dot sight, and sighted it in to see what pellets it liked.  He was so pleased he asked me to make four more guns.  But here's the catch, they have to be ready by Christmas!

Crosman is closed for the day, so I left a voicemail.  Their Custom Shop is showing 5-8 weeks to ship a gun.  My question: can this reasonably be done, by Christmas, for a similar cost, by buying the parts separately?  The 4 new guns don't have to be identical to the first one, but they need to be CO2 and need to have the steel breech.

Thanks in advance for any help.  I'm scouring the internet as we speak.

Quite easy to to...
Pick up four 2240's, 4 steel breech kits, 4 tko shrouds, and 4 red dot scopes...
If you want long stocks on them, get 4 of those...
And if you want longer barrels, get 4 of those.
Everything but the barrels can be purchased from pyramydair.

Put a wanted post on this forum for the barrels (i have one a 22 cal, 14 inch barrel i can part with---it is polished though) and you should have everything you need in just a few days.

After you are done, sell the grips and plastic breeches on ebay or the forum and recoup some of the costs...

The cost of just the gun (2240, stock, breech, and barrel) should be around $125-$140, so a little more than a ccs gun, but you get a 10% discount and free shipping from pyramydair.

Edit: everything but the barrels AND tko shrouds can be purchased from PA

You can get your parts from PA, but it will take days to receive them. Go here and see if the parts are there. Then get a hold of Davio here on the forum, they are his auctions and he will help you. You will also get the parts he has alot quicker.

While you're at it, maybe save a plastic breech and a set of grips, and we can all donate various parts for a group build, then raffle it off for $2-$5 a ticket....the money raised could go towards the forum fees and server expenses.  (Perhaps that 'clown' will donate a part as well ) (kidding about the clown part of course)

Thanks for the link.  I will contact him about barrels.  These guns will still do alright with the 7.5" barrel that ships stock, yes?  I know FPS and accuracy will not be as high, but that's ok for now.

Yes they will be fine, but you might have clearance issues with the endcap/piercing stem piece and tko shroud. Im not sure about that though, but the barrels are good

Ok gents, the guns were built and delivered by Christmas.  Thanks so much.  Attached is a pic of what I accomplished with your help.

I now have a small bucket of parts that I would be happy to donate to this forum for purposes of raising support.

The point was for them to all be the same.  You can see one black sheep, which is the CCS gun that started it all.  Once I showed it to him, he asked for 4 more. 

I will say that shopping through Pyramyd Air saved some serious bucks, since they had a percentage discount and free shipping.  However, the PA people took FOREVER to pack the shipment, and because of that I ran right up against my deadline.
