yep  a three shot string at 22 pumps 622 to 628 mfps,

then I did

8 = 484
10=494
12=524

15=549,558
17=562,570
18=576,584,585
20=595,601
22=622,628,625
25=629,629

the no guts know glory part is the transfer port and and 14.5 barrel are now .161 or so...

to think bare bones

roll to solid      =   $ 11.00  mandatory! (IMO, on a buget can be done with drill bit very cheap)
14.5" barrel     =     13.02
1322               =     44.00

                              72.00       (Don't forget this is tax and shipping math)

would get you very close

stock ,pump arm and steel breech   takes it to 120 or so,

I think hunting practice    17-20

keep fresh plinking  10-15

the pump cups have a built in depth of cam over pressure gage a very slight indent of valve nose is what I think is healthy for the pump tube...

piston is not stuffed...

but yep I hit close to my goal

and down at 17 pumps about 10.4 mfpe no more stress than stock IMO   (imo?)

basically up about 15 fps till 17 pumps then it's  BYe  BYe  reliably up to 22 pumps.

before porting erratic past 17 pumps...

14.3 Premier hollows unsorted measured avg. over 15" , converted to mv using chair gun..

Still room to hog out valve but I am happy with this recipe as is,

Any one want to help me figure out a budget 1325xlt

on my backpacker i'm getting just under 12fpe at 12 pumps at 15 i was over 12 so had to make a new rear cap with less preload so that it starts holding air at 10 pumps peaks power wise at 12 pumps and power goes down due to not enough hammer strike at more than 12 pumps(the only down side to it holding air at 10 pumps and going to 12 pumps is having to dry fire it after every shot to keep the next shot consistant with the previous one)
it's got a flat top piston and valve which has had a medium tune and a 14" barrel

I squeezed shut my valve spring and trigger spring and toasted with a bic very briefly if a second, had to pull 1377 back out; was a bit to light ; fired while pumping till third times "
duh" charm. hole in the wall not amp or guitar or sliding door or large window other two in grass :-[

stock polished hammer and untouched spring.

exhaust poppet coned and stem slimmed

valve is missing a few threads and did a little boring the thick walled portion

exhaust passage eased to 3/4 of way to poppet seat

valve matched cup very well but needed .053 shim

sanded lead till pellet almost fell into just past port     (had to be reminded here it's spelled leade  and then found info that I was going about it right )

light tap seats the pellet usually

or very easy to make sure with shaped plastic tool I made

Stock bolt

Stock transfer port and barrel port bored to .16 or so

stock before any mods the valve was dumping all air at 22 pumps all three times I tried and checked.   seems unlikely but is truth

but became erratic at 16 pumps so I did not pump it that high

what exactly is your plan
i dont understand what using my 2100 pump means
do you mean something like this? but in .25
http://www.airgunhome.com/agforum/viewtopic.php?t=2334&highlight=

if so
then it depends on whos going to do the machining of the custom parts needed and the factory parts needed. what do you have on hand to help with this build?
closed mouths dont get fed

Hi Ed yep 13xx trigger group 2100 pump tube  (.25) later but plastic breech 22 to start...

1325  extra  long   tube

Right now just have a 2100 and a flat top valve cap (Made by Big Bore Bart) and plastic  1322 breech and bolt. Have some tools...

More Inspired by this one but need a more budget build (for experience) first but when final stage at .25 would like to hit low 600s...
