Just getting started modding my 1377 and am going to place an order with Crosman for a few things. I am compiling a list of things that I may need in the future of modding/repairing. I plan to do an extended barrel for use with shroud, new pump arm, and flat top valve/piston soon.

What bits and pieces should I get?

rangerfredbob

Get a longer barrel from them (only option for .177 is 24" that's longer than the stock 10", that's part # 1760SE-001 $19.07), might as well pick up a spare valve (PN 1322C013, was $6.08 in August), front sight PN 788-101 $1.54, shoulder stock PN 1399A001 $10.87, 760 front barrel band PN 760D008 $1.15, grips Left PN 1700-031 right 1700-032 $1.74 per side

I haven't bought a backpacker pump arm so I don't have that price or part number handy... That's the cheapest way to get parts, might as well make use of the $4 shipping :)

Have me many an airgun :), count is 102 now...

Throw in a few breech seals. Steel breech maybe a couple of extra valve stems and check valves.

Awesome  :-* adding to my list! I am going to also play around with a 22 conversion so I will throw the parts I need for that in.

The 2289G forearm part number is 1389-025. They were $8.75 ea last time I bought one.
We need to keep going and have fun doing it.

That is a "must have", along with the extra safety spring and ball like Bill mentioned.

I am definitely going to the pump arm from the 2289. I am going to pair it with some grips from a 1701.i had me heart set on a nice set of wood furniture but the lack of availability is making me go the other way. It will leave more funds for other stuff too.

IMO, one thing you really need is a real good .050 allen wrench to remove that dam 4-48 breech screw. Then you need to PM me with your address and I will send you a SS slotted 4-48 breech screw. This is what we do on this forum, we help each other out.   ;) ;)

I saw a 14.5" .22 barrel

that needs a .22 bolt...

I ordered seals and pump cups just in case...

the first thing I did though was to get solid pump pivot pins in my opinion  a  MUST...

I have the upgraded steel breech on my 1377.i couldn't find a part number for a 22 Cal bolt that would work with it. Anyone have it? I am probably goingto do an aftermarket one eventually. Same with the pump pin. After my Crosman order, I need to send some emails  :)

rangerfredbob

Yep, 2261-002 is the discovery .22 bolt I believe and is $3.35
