Noted Some Crosman Changes

1. The pumper plastic pistons are redesigned.  The plastic looks different (not as shiny) and the reinforcement ribs are gone, so I am guessing it is a tougher material.  WIll find out   
     soon.
2. Crosman is putting the notched 22xx hammers in the new 2240's.  Guessing (again) that they either ran out of standard hammers OR they are making them all the same so they only have to chase the one part around.

I`m like you Davio i got 2 hammers and they both came in with the notch I also think they are going to have just one type of hammer

i would expect the pistons you describe to be a problem.   Do you have any pics?

The ones I will grab if I need to go in a hurry (ie tornado flies through town, or similar):

I got 2 2240 strikers last month to use in my MK1322 & MK1377 projects... No Notch.. ???
1322XLT(2100/13XX hybyid)750 fps @ 16 pumps w/CPHP 14.3g

MK1322(2240/13XX/MK177 hybrid) 805 fps at @ 22 pumps w/14.3g CPHP

about 5 more 13xxs
Two Daisy 953(# 31x Jan. 1985) & (Sept 2004)
2100b (with old style piston)
.25 Mrod (50fpe tune)
.177 BSA Buccaneer (on the way)
