If anyone as a gun that you got from Umarex just hope that it doesn't break after the warranty goes out because they WILL NOT fix it !!!!

My Steel Force as quit working and I have been one email after the other and they will not even look at!!!

So If I were you I wouldn't even buy one of their guns!!

You just now learning that? I thought everyone knew that Umarex has no customer service. That is why I buy from PA. 30 day guarantee. I shoot 5 to 6 carts and if it does well, keep it. If it's duck poop, it goes back for an exchange. Looks like you are about to become a steel forse repair man.

Well as of today I no longer own or have a unarex steel force!!! I got

MAD at it and BROKE it in half!! So if anyones needs a mag. for one send them my way !!

T H, I don't quite understand. Did they deny a warrantee claim? Or did they say your out of the warrantee period and there is no free service? Like my car dealer says,

It was out of warranty and they have NO way to repair them , they have NO parts what so ever. They told me that if it were a warranty job they would just put the bad one in a box with the other bad guns and just send out a NEW one! All of umarex guns are made over seas and they don't stock for ant of their guns in the USA!!

I told them I would pay to have it repaired and they just told me in so many words I was SCREWED !!
