Put a Crosman long steel breech and a Mac1 12in. barrel on my 2240 today. Ran through a couple of co2 cylinders and I am loving it. It's way more accurate than I am. Will post a picture when I get that area sorted out. :) ??? :-*

Congrats! Its all down hill now. 1 mod leads to another then another then next thing you know you only 1 or 2 parts short of being able to build another one out of all you spare parts!

Have fun and welcome to the addiction.

2260's rule!  :-*

Not just yet.  They are still about twice as expensive as the 2240 and lots more portable in their stock state.  Which, I must say, they don't spend too much time in that state of stockness.

Them's fighting words, Carl.  I'd challenge you to a build off, but I'm a little to broke for that right now...LOL!

Me too Joe, and mainly cause I'm on a fixed income and my check ain't due for another week or two.

So hold that thought...  and we'll continue this when we both got more jingle...  :D  maybe...

Carl

BTW, today I have actually been searching out good deals on a 2260 but don't say anything to anyone about this.  Shhhh... :-X
