Moderator/muzzle brake

I recently picked up a muzzle brake/moderator for my 2240 most of you will likely be aware, you have to remove the front site in order to be able to add in ad adoption to take it to half inch to be able to add most moderators with me still being new to using the pistol I would prefer to still use iron sight for a little while, before moving to adding a red dot or other optic does anyone know if it's possible to purchase an aftermarket front site to add somewhere else on the barrel to still be able to take advantage of using iron sites?

Replace the grubscrew with a longer one and use that as front sight.
