No parts orders until January

I called to try to order some parts last week. Was told that the parts were being shipped to Arkansas and that it would be early to mid January before I could place an order.

So I've heard.  I guess I must have ordered on the very last few days of service.  My order must be in the moving vans or not yet filled.

Just an update...
I called Crosman on Thursday. New database system so they had to re-enter my personal information.

I was told that they could take my order, but it wouldn't ship for a couple of weeks. The guy started to take my order and discovered that the database didn't have any prices. He told me to call back in a couple of days.

I called today and was told that they can't take orders for a couple of weeks because the database needed to be updated.

Just thought that I would let people know.
