Airgundepot, international order issue.

And since airgundepot is still reserving their right to not answer their customers properly.

I will give it a few more days before contacting paypal regarding getting my money back, i have made airgundepot aware of this!.

Seems like they intend to not send me my package, and to keep my money.....

I wouldn't give them the interest on your dollar$.... just go to the resolution center and let PayPal deal with it. Easy-peezy-lemon-squeezy!
You'll see a quick response once they see the reverse transfer happening, and if not, then they aren't worth squat.

I waited 3 months for a Templer War sword. I canceled the transaction and it turned up 3 days later.
I left a note with Visa to pay if they requested as I had the item and I wanted the item - couldn't get it anywhere else. 

It just sucks the lengths you have to goto to get service sometimes.

It seems people are less interested in giving good service these days, it is just sad.

In my line of work, service to the customers is paramount, we are not done before the customers are happy with the product delivered as agreed....kinda angers me when i see people being sloppy with service, they don't deserve their jobs.

And now paypals resolution center has been contacted, that should get things moving.

Perhaps airgundepot deserves a ban from international buyers?, me thinks yes

So, looks like i will give airgunexporter a try, then i will get my wooden handle floater project going

Unbelievable.

Airgundepot has now supplied paypal with a usps trace number that states that the package was delivered to abroad, trying to get paypal to refuse my claim....not that it is hard to see what is going on, but i am actually surpriced that they would try something like this!..

i not sure how PP works with customers but if you have the emails the y sent like you they did in your first post i would send them out the paypal --- did you use a credit card thru paypal or a just a bank account .either way it might take some time to resolve.

The thing with all this is - it didn't happen to me but from what I hear it may aswell been me as I won't
use them if thats how they treat customers. Even if you are a foreigner!    - like me!   

Word of mouth (type in this case) does wonders; positive and negative.

Well, every bit of infor has been relayed to paypal as it was, it should tip in my favour, hopefully before too much time passes though.

Northstar, i hope nobody has to go to this much trouble just to get their airguns or gear from airgundepot again, that they will learn how to expidite things quicker, but i cannot reccomend them since they don't seem to be willing to service overseas customers..

On a different note, vincent from airgunexporter has set me up with a smashing deal for shipping me a brand new 1377c, takes a bit of a while to get here, but it will be appreciated greatly when it gets here
