Yepper Mr. Rich, that's one of the mounting points I been looking to work with.  There won't be any weight on it as it is just for support.

Collecting parts for the carbine.

Details:
New stuff - Crosman 24" barrel, 2289 pump arm, 1399 rear stock, steel breech, barrel band, Mellon FT piston & ported valve, extended probe bolt, pump pivot bolt.

Old parts - Walther 4x32 scope, medium rings

Future mods - extended cheek rest, custom shroud.

I can say with certainty... some time in 2011???

Gotta paint the foregrip black, then move on to assembly and fine tuning the piston headspace, making a port seal, etc.

I'll post it up for sure when it's done (probably minus the shroud, though).
