Anyone shooting a 1325?

If so what type of performance are you getting in the areas of accuracy and fpe and what barrel length and mods are using? What type of fpe should I expect from a 24" barrel and a flat-top piston and moded valve? Anything else that can be done to increase performance? I'm doing some early planning for a build when I return to the States next year. Thanks.

Hey There,

I have a SWEET 1325 made by Mountain Air Custom Airguns and it is, as I said, SWEET. I am getting close to 500 fps with Beeman 20.06 grain pellets on 12 pumps out of a 12" barrel. Out of all of my guns, this is my most favorite. Have fun!

500fps with that heavy slug, going to hit real hard :)
Crosmans, start as a hobby, then an obsession...

I have used many different types and weights of pellets and you would be surprised how well it shoots with even the really heavy ones.

The idea of a 1325 really appeals to me.

A compact self contained carbine with no CO2 and temperature issues and no divers bottle required.

I'd be interested to know what are the best tricks for a 1325. Is the transfer port increased?

Keep the post and pics coming if you've a 1325.

I'm loving the idea of a 1325, but not so crazy about the idea of >10 pumps. Reman 1377 arrives tomorrow so I guess I'll find out.

I have just met a fellow patient with a case of .25 Crosmanitis - a rare strain indeed. He has built a few nice ones, an extract from his email:

Here's a couple of .25 conversions i have done, the 2240 was a bit long and overpower so was shortened back to around 9"(sold), 2250 bulk fill (sold), 2260 based stainless tubed version with dedicated night vision and adjustable laser for the Rats, 1389 with all the works, flat top piston and valve etc again in .25, as you mention they are never ending, some machining i do myself, the complicated stuff i farm out to a colleague who is far more proficient.

If he will allow me, I'll post up the pictures for all to see. They do look cool.  :-*

Too bad, so sad - another case of this rare and apparently incurable disease. 'Hope he makes it through okay.

Perhaps we could look around his file for a more accurate diagnosis? Yes, photos would help all of us from afar  ;)

A couple of .25's as mentioned. I have no info other than what was in my previous post. Either done by himself or a friend.

And another.

you can get a .25 auto liner from TOW --- track of the wolf --- pay per inch .

roy gets LW barrels and you might have to wait --- you could order straight from LW and then have roy or some other machine and prep it for you.you would still have to wait and it would probably cost more in the long run.
