Had left the 150 pistol alone since re blueing it after the rust problem, anyhow thought I would give the valve a little modding, tried a lighter valve spring, crono says 4.38 ftlbs with 14.4 grain pellet thats up from 4.1 ftlbs
The spring was only a little lighter now found one a good third less strong, some dremmel work today to open up ports & round of sharp edges in valve. Will crono tonight, will be nice to hit 5 ftlbs.
Had forgot how good a little pistol the 150 is.

Quotegunshows are great!
Don't mean to hijack the thread but I have never heard of an airgun show anywhere but in the upper east coast area or on the left coast.
The only airguns I have seen at regular gun shows are the cheap Chinese break-barrels and I wasn't in the market for one of those.

Buy that 150,you will love it :)
Test fired my 150 this evening, looks like around 4.5 ftlbs is about as much as can be made with such a short barrel, think if I try to extract more power, wasted Co2 will vent from muzzle.
Still as I use it for paper target & tin can blasting its fine.
This 150 is the later model, with one piece barrel, which means breech & barrel have been machined from one solid steel bar.
so fitting a longer barrel would be difficult.
