something rattles behind my breech on my 1322 medalist

hiya guys i brought a second hand 1322 medalist 2 days ago. which im about to strip today and see what i can mod and upgrade would like a little info on this if anyone could help and is it common to hear a rattle behind the probe under the rear sight. i think its a 1989-1996 model with grey plastic probe and the bolt is fitted at the back. not like the newer ones where they use the 22xx plastic breech.   cheers for reading craig..

can you post a pic?
kind of sounds like you have a phase 1 or 2
the rattle is probably the hammer assambly
it charges from the rear ,right???
