2300T????

Why don't they make near as many accessories for the 2300T as they do for the 2240 and 1377?The parts I have gotten do not even mention fitting the 2300T except for the RB grips.Most of the accessories that I get  fit the 22XX series.

First off, both the 2300T and 2300S are .177 and the 2240 is a .22 caliber.

The basis for for the Crosman 2300T and 2300S is the 2240.  It's just that most folks buy a 2300T or 2300S for the specific purpose of target shooting or getting lots of shots per powerlet and then they buy the 2240 gun so they can mod the heck out of it.

almost all aftermarket parts would fit 2300t... barrel bands power adjusters muzzle breaks trigger caps and lots more... i think you just need to indicate .177 when your getting a bolt for it...

X2! It's only the open sights, caliber and a valve reducer that makes the difference between the models. The 2240 is a cheaper version in .22

Because it's cheaper, it will win over the majority of the market hence there's not so many 2300 pistols about.
Or at least they are left as is and not modded as much. Some of the things like the open sights people do at a later stage to a 2240.

Partly budget, partly because it's fun. Also if you buy something with great sights, theres little need to change them. Same for the rest.

I could buy an already modded gun or have someone build it. Or even order all the parts and be done with it. But for me it's the journey.
If the journey is long, full of landslides and triumphs then I get a lot more fulfillment from the final piece. I learn more too.

BTW the 2250b and 2240 are also the same gun but on a slightly larger scale with the same small differences you have just found
in other models. Makes swapping parts a whole lot easier! 

But as everyone has said, yes they fit, so the world is your oyster now! Right NOW! Why are you still sitting there?!
