Must be a new item.  Never seen the Crosman part number for a 26" barrel.  What gun did it come on?

Hmm, that is pretty interesting.  Maybe some of our UK brethren neighbors will chime in here in the morning.

i was looking at the 26" barrels today not what i expected
after reading the yellow post,i cant see how they are accurate as there is no rifling in the barrels i looked at both .177 and .22.
i might try one out,see how it performs but they are twice the price as the regular barrels

they have a few. i only looked at one in each caliber .177 and .22
since i have to there again ill take a look at some others.
since barrels only need a few inches of rifling and doesnt have to be too deep.i wonder if you could get the end rifled

i find it odd that they would do a smooth bore in .22 especially for a disco .a smooth bore in .177 sure for the current 760s but again for a disco  ???

Do keep us updated because was are all waiting with bated breath.  Yuk, that saying just sounds nasty as explained below.

But then in this case 'bated' is short for 'abated and "bated breath" would mean to slow down your breathing or hold your breath.  Curiously, people hold their breath when in anticipation.  Perhaps so as not to be distracted by breathing.

Sadly, "bated" is no longer commonly used, causing people to believe the expression to be "with baited breath".  This common misspelling leads to confusion and strange imagery.
