LPA sights

Pyramyd doesn't carry it and the others are international.  I was looking for one in the US.  I guess I can pick up another steel breech too.  You never know when you'll need another one of those.

Gents,
What's the secret to getting the $4 shipping on a breech or LPA sight?  I called in an order a couple weeks ago, and was told that I couldn't add any of the website products (including breech and sight) to my order. ..... She hedged a little and said something about SOMETIMES she could do that.... but this time, "no". 
Ideas?

I've ordered two steel breeches and the LPA sights for the $4 charge.  i just call Crosman's main number and tell them i wish to order some parts from the custom shop.  No one has ever given me a problem with getting the $4 shipping, nor mentioned anything about having to order from the web site.
