anyone know where i can get a breech for a 22xx with a picatinny/weaver rail?

Hi All,
Anyone know where i can get a Breech for a 22xx with a weaver/picatinny rail built in? have got a 2240 that i have a stock for which has a pistol scope and riflr scope, obviously i can't use the rifle scope when using it as a pistol and can't use the pistol scope when using it as a rifle so was thinking of getting some weaver QD mounts and swapping them out when i want to use either.

What about drilling and tapping the top of the breech like this? And placing some Pic Rails atop?

I'm using this on the wife's 2250. http://scopesandammo.com/storefront/product_info.php/dovetail-weaver-mounting-rail-adapter-p-336  Works really well. I know it's not a breech, but rather another option.
