scope for 1377 question

Will the Centerpoint AR22 4x32mm be OK with the 1377?  30 yard paralax and I think it comes with medium height rings?  Enough clearance for me to load the pellets? Trying to get a scope in the $25 ~ $30 range.  i will most likely be shooting up to 30 yards.

i use a leapers 35yd parallax
dont plan on streching any forther thn that pluse you would still be on at 50yds if necessary
