1377 to CO2

Sir William

Well, here’s what I’ve been thinking about for the past three days.  Yes, of course you care.  I have a really great 2300S that is just perfect for my wants, needs, use.  I like the way it shoots and sounds.  I like that you don’t have to pump it up.
Before I got the 2300S I had a 1377 that I no longer love.  This gun has the steel slide that I got from Crosman a while back and I also installed the LPA Min rear sight.  This gun shoots well but I don’t like pumping it up and I don’t like the sound it makes.  (I know â€" dumb â€" but that’s the way it is).
So, here’s what I’m thinking: It looks like the “tube” from a 2300 would fit with my steel breech.  I have an extra valve.  I would also need a hammer.
I am thinking then, that with the addition of a tube, tube cap and hammer that I could assemble a second Charley Oscar Two gun.
What do you think?
Also, I apologize if this has already been covered.  I did look but didn’t see it.
Regards,
Bill

1377 valve wont fit in a 2300 tube
the over all diameters are different
you can use a 1377 tube and bulk fill the valve with some modification

Oh, the extra valve is from my 2300SZ.

You can buy a valve for 15 bucks.... the other parts are easy to come by.

Still the same issue. Everything but the tube, hammer, barrel band and valve are cross compatible.

1377x is correct, I concur Doctor.  ;)

Actuall, yes - the project worked out just fine.  I now have what amounts to a 1740 with a 2300S front sight.  Nice project.  Thanks for asking.

No worries, I thought the project was to mod a 1377 to Co2?  ??? Glad it worked out.
