Today i practiced shooting the tips off of wooden matches with my 1377 carbine at 15 yards.I hit the first two in 2 shots and hit several more on this session.I can't get over how accurate it is with the 24" barrel. This was from a rest.I use the front part of the rifle rest and a pillow for the butt of the gun.

Good List!

Yep it's so much fun shooting all the things Larry posted and it is very good practice. I like to shoot at that fly target or small dots just before a match, i will do that in the AM then shoot the target in the PM.

Yes & No - Smarties in the USA are called Rockets (IIRC) in Canada. They are small sugar pucks about 10mm diameter x 5mm thick. Very similar to Sweetarts.

Smarties in Canada and the UK are like M&Ms in the USA. Candy coated chocolate, classic UFO shape (only Smarties are better IMHO).

Back on topic - anything from the dollar store is fun to shoot.

That's one hell of a list!  And I'm just shooting at boring old Crosman paper targets most all the time!

Did the necco wafers and the aspirin. Took me about 20 shots to hit the stinking asprin, but when I did there was a nice puff! Got to admit that I ate most of the necco's  :D

thats how i used to practice when i was a youngster by sticking matches all over the yard. also used to have a ball shooting wasps in the grass.
