Molybdenum grease seems to be the the "Good" greas to use in metal to metal applications, such as Hammer /spring/tube. Can I use that same grease on parts with O-rings,,,,like in the 1377 Pump, and also that little O-ring on the Bolt?

Use Pellgun or 30W non-detergent oil for other lubrication needs.

I avoid using grease at all costs, seems most people get more grease on everything but the metal contact points intended, plus all grease really does is collect dust, dirt and grime. not good! Try high speed buffing all the metal contact points smooth and "if you must use grease" apply a "minimal amount" using the end of a Q-tip carefully on the contact points. Iv seen some air guns with more grease inside the receivers around the trigger and sear area, then most tractor trailers have on their fifth wheels. It's just rude thing to do to your air gun imo.

Airgunsmiths. com have little containers (life time supplies) of different types of the correct greases to use on your air-toy here: http://www.airgunsmith.com/gunlube/airgun_lube.htm

I too polish my hammers and use a dry lube on them and the tube, either burnish in some graphite powder or use a similar product I picked up from a locksmith that is used in lock sets, thick grease on the hammer can cause drag and slow down the hammer. Very lightly oil the trigger and other pivots with ND30wt.  Too much grease attracts dust and grime and I've taken apart too many vintage guns that were practically glued together with congealed solidified grease and oil.
