Hi guys im after a few tried and tested ideas of how to fit a 13ci hpa tank to a 1750, non air source version?
Its currently connected via a curly remote lead but im looking to attach the bottle permanently. I have a gmac powerlet eliminator fitted which gives me a 1/8" npt female thread.

Ive been thinking of machining myself an adaptor, similar to the connector on the back of the airsource version, but with the cga320 thread, not the 88g m16x1.5. Im sure ive seen one somewhere but cant find it now! then i'd rely on running macroline(?) to the front of the caplet eliminator. id then have to sort out a replacement stock, specifically the xt version with cutout for the rear mounted tank.

any other simpler solutions you've tried? pictures of etc etc.

Im not 100% sure but i think this will work but for safety reasons dont do anything just yet get Rich Arkmaker to chime in on this he has a setup i think. You might to have pin the valve so it dont break loose from the pressure in the tube and not on the valve big difference.

Yes you can use the Archer tank block BUT you must drill and tap another set of mounting holes.  Instead of the original 2 screws you need 4. The valve must be pinned with 6-32 or larger screws just like a Disco.
I am currently working on a similar build using a 22xx trigger group, hammer, steel breech, etc. But I am using a Disco air tube, gage block, and valve with 13ci HPA bottle and regulator set @ 1900psi.  In testing I have gotten as many as 60 shots shooting down to 1900psi, no numbers so far.  Still working on the final configuration. Yes when I'm done I'll post all the information.

If it's not broken then modify it!

Not really wanting to modify the tube, i dont mind making replacement bits though.

You can do this using hpa hoses and fittings:

You still have to pin the valve anything above CO2 pressures requires it.  You should do this as a precaution anyway.  Most of us did this even when using a bulk fed CO2 system.
