Well... 7 may be a bit of an exaggeration, but you get my point. I think they have some video left, mostly white-rap (oxymoron). Ya, I remember when it was all videos and virtually no commercials back when you paid for cable because it had, well.. NO commercials! Remember the "V-Jays"? Nina Blackwood, Mark Goodman, Martha Quinn?

Heck I even remember FM radio with commercials only at the top of the hour!

i dont know about your area but here its the same 5 songs over and over doesnt matter what station you listen to and a commercial in between every song
i no longer listen to the radio unless i need filler noise

Oh ya, about the same here, maybe 10 songs and then 10 mins of commercials and... ever notice that the phone numbers for the sponsor are now given 3 to 4 times at the end of the commercial? That's 1-800-BUYCRAP, 1-800-BUYCRAP, again, 1-800-BUYCRAP and don't forget to dial 1-800-.... When will it hit 7 or 8 times? or just run continuouis in the background?

Really? That so makes me want to stop shooting or eating or drinking, you know, pleasurable things and just start dialing 1-800- BUYCRAP. Same on TV, the car ads are the worst, told the wife last night at dinner, are they serious? 2012 Jaguar, 7 year lease, $3200 due at signing and only $739 per month! Oh slay me good lord, where do I sign up? And the idiot, moron announcer said it 3 times over! Do they seriously think folks are biting on this stuff? "Hey honey, what a great car commercial!, right down 2012 Jaguar on the grocery list will ya, I gotta pick one up Sat morning"

Argh car commercials...do you also think that people actually go out and secretly buy a Lexus as a Christmas gift then slap a stupid bow on the thing??

The Kardashians....who ARE these people and why does anyone care what they do?!  I don't get it.

Why sure they do  And then they come downstairs from their NYC penthouse on Xmas morning at 7am, in their formal attire and magically, the Lexus is parked in front of the main door, perfectly intact and shining, and not one guy with duct tape on his shoes can be seen laying in the gutter with his brown bag of Ripple screw-top wine and most surprising... the Lexus is not up on blocks with the 22 inch wheels missing!  It's the new, magical NYC, thanks to buying a Lexus! 

And the Kardashians, well, long story but, short version, I lived in O.C. California waaay back in the day when Nicole Simpson and sisters were still the "Browns" and Cindy Kardashian (the aging mother now) and the Brown girls were quite "well known" for their escapades with O.J., Marcus Allen and (rumor had it) most of the starting lineup of the USC football team  Cindy got married to Robert Kardashian years later, the guy who played wingman to Robert Shapiro at the O.J. trial. He's gone now (one down and one Bruce Jenner to go Cindy) and she was the typical Bev Hills real-estate queen and self-promoter who trained her kids to be the same, self-promoters and famous for being... "famous".

i see a lot of subliminal meesages in comercials on tv and movies its crazy how thing are going these days.
