Rail on a steel breech?

I was looking at the steel breech and I'm assuming you have to mount a rail in order to use an optic like a red dot. How does the rail mount to the breech? Can you only use a Crosman rail?

the crosman steel breech has an 11mm dovetail mount cut into it so you need rings that will fit for the scope you chose if they don't have em or, there are picanny rail adapters and such that will also mount to it as well...

I'd probably stick a red dot on there, so I'd get a picatinny rail. Who makes one that will fit?

pyramyd air has one from UTG that works well...here's an example... there are 2 piece adapters as well, its all a matter of what will work for you

I use the first one SD posted the link to.  Here it is (link) with the nose section removed.  It does double duty by raising the red dot so it aligns perfectly with my eye using the Tippman stock.

I would like to try the other ones he posted the link to but at that price, I think I'll wait a while.
My other guns have either scope rings made for the 3/8" rail, often called Rimfire mount or a red dot sight with the 3/8"/rimfire mount built onto it.  (Pics below)

You can also change the rings to size 30mm if thats the tube size of your red dot if in fact yours has rings.

BSA makes a Red Dot with 3/8" mounts that will fit the stock 11mm dovetail.  Not a fantastic red dot but it works okay.
