Arrived destroyed.  Gotta love UPS.

Will be calling Crosman in the morning...sigh.

Got my new 13xx tube in from Davio's. eBay store, shipped quickly and packaged well. Also a wire stock from Michael Chavka.  Very nice stock. I have one from bluefork on my 1377 and while it is nice the Chavka stock is way nicer and it was cheaper. This one went on the bnm2240.

Posted on your post Brian, try RWS or Daisy Precision BBs, they are waaay better than the Crosmans

yesterday (thursday) i put in a order at PA for a doomsday bug out kit , .22 steel breech , accushot high 2 piece rings and a .22 nylon bore brush . it's supposed to be here tuesday

Nice... be sure to clean the barrel on the 2289 and then give her a try before any mods, the barrels have been really good on this latest crop of 2289's and it's always a good idea to get a "baseline" of the gun before you rip into her!

    Got a new Beeman P17 Deluxe with Red Dot.Another 2240,steel breech,BSA 30mm Red Dot Scope with 5 MOA, box of 40 CO2 carts. Alls well till the BOSS finds out LOL Just hope she's a work when it all comes in
