Nice :-*

My 1377 parts gun is on truck for delivery... I purchased it specifically for the RJ left handed breech, which will get added to my growing parts pile for a 2240 build.

Nice looking unit.  :-*

But that $ is the equivalent of 675 tank fills for me... over 7000 gun fill...  and over 70,000 shots.  I don't shoot THAT much.  :o

Plus, when you buy something you are responsible for it (maintenance, storage, etc.).  That is why when I need a yacht for a week or so I just rent one and then give it back to them when done.  :D  Seriously, I quit buying big industrial pressure washers.  Engines and pumps fail after a few years and more expensive to rebuild than buy new. So I started renting them as I need them.  Much better.

That would be great for a club or group of shooters that meet regularly (or just live close to one another).

I really dunno about the guy's decision Mr. Davio but it is what he wants.. Told him I shelled out a lot of moolah for my current and various purchases and to capital this J. Brancato comp would not be practical on my part but he said no problem he can pay upfront.

Most of my stuff that you see are already pre booked and just like you I buy and sell. What's inside those boxes are not all for my own use actually, that would be downright stupid.  I have even sold my S200 to purchase an AA S5 but later changed my mind..

This never ending quest to possess the best of the best is just plain crazy so in my case I put a stop to it. Hobby stuff we procure them for 2 reasons; to sate ourselves and show it off..

Incidentally just last night a customer of mine and me exchanged notes..He said he no longer uses his Steyr LG w/ a March scope on it ( this gun is quite common among Manila airgun boys ) because it's too loud and too big. What he prefers is his S200..Now he is having regrets because he bought the LG for around $4k. Told him my insights and he said I am right because I too almost came to a point of buying an S5 (w/c is very expensive here) and putting a NightForce scope on it. I am now sticking exclusively w/ my 3 Crosmans w/ no ambition of getting a hi end toy because they suit my purposes just fine and that is rat hunting and target shooting all by myself.

I hope I am making sense here.

Regards.

A little introspection is often needed to weed out wants from needs. I stick with =/<12 fpe airguns, and at least one of each type of power plant. A Shoebox compressor would be great to have, though.

Yes sir Mr. BFC.

A Jack Pyke spinning target and a SMK 4X32 scope are on their way for my pumper.

I had lots of fun this weekend shooting a Gamo metal squirrel target at about 20m so i thought i should test my abilities on longer distances and smaller targets and ordered the scope. Also i think that the spinning target will be fun as well.  Can't wait for them to arrive!
