I know Duck. After doing the math it's gonna be tight but I think I'm good.  Still got a few bucks left on my yellow win from Christmas for Arizona airguns.
Nice purchase Kevin.  YSheridan" onna like it. I took mine out last weekend and was headshooting bluebelly lizards at 30'. To much fun. Of course I juat have the standard Crosman heritage 2260 not the "Sheridan" new and improved model. ;D

I just ordered another P-Rod from pyramydair along with a pistol scope and a couple of magazines.

I was going to build up a 2400kt into another BNM multi-shot pistol...but cost wise it just made more sense to go with a p-rod from the start.
                2400kt =  $110
              BNM kit  = $230
Prod trigger frame = $40  (minus $20 from selling trigger frame that comes with 2400kt)
Modify hammer     = annoying/time consuming plus the cost of materials
Total  = $360 plus time, effort and extra material costs

         VS.

Marauder Pistol  = $360
No work, other than tuning

***Order from PyramydAir today before 3pm and use the code     GOLD-14    for    10% OFF AND FREE SHIPPING!!!

Ok, so it's a 2260 with steel breeach already installed and a polished bolt handle?

Coming to my stable in about one week, Crosman Model 99 Lever Action .22 cal. Similar magazine and feed system to a 600 pistol. This one was made in 1968  :D

Tim in CT is doing a 100% re-build and makeover (polish, paint & woodwork) and all the usual good stuff like trigger mods, leade, crown etc.

I'm unloading some of my "modern" stuff for these Crosman classics. Can't wait to see this one, if it's as nice as the 622 repeater Tim did for me, I'll be happy-happy  :-*

Know nothing about that model rifle. I was blind to all things air gun over the past 50 years, so learning about what came before is entertaining.

Do give us a range report and a few photos when you get a chance to shoot it.

Will do Larry, and I wanted 2014 to be the "classic" acquisition year so, this 48 year old beauty will meet up with the model 622 and model 1 pumper (below) to add to the classics.

I didn't know that many of these models existed either, I was busy playing ball over in the "So. East Asian Football Coneference" in 1968 so, I missed out on all of this stuff!

PS I did get your "hint" last time I posted about my Crosman re-furb connection Tim in CT so, here's his email address if ever anyone needs help with these oldies but goodies.  tmschmdt@aol.com

I showed great restraint on the 2260 , but knew someone had to do it for the Sheridan 2260mb ...   ;D ;D
