Thanks all.  Gotta really thank airriflenut for the shrouds.  Look great and keep the report super quiet.

Joe

Thank you sir!!  I'm glad that they are working out for you, it was a pleasure and opportunity to learn more about the new lathe.

Nuts about airguns and just nuts in general...but I'm medicated.

I've been thinking about one of those as well - range report as soon as you get a chance!

OK so far;

The Alecto .177 has a nice smooth little to, no kick, even at 3 pumps, soft report, easy trigger, a Beautiful accurate shooter,
The HW 45, a loud snorting, smoking beast, but tameable, steady but with a wallop feels precise though, Power Dragon Slayer!
The HW 75 has a silky feel delicate trigger, hardly a response to the launch, powerful yet easy sound, refined, commandingly accurate, maybe the best of all worlds?
But,
The iZH 46 Feels in a class of it's own! Virtually no feeling of the firing, just a subtle pop from the muzzle, the sights work beautifully, easy to cock, the trigger is flawless, feels separate from the rest, telegraphing the initiation of the shot,
Dead Reckoning!
