38C .22 w/plastic sight & cyl. Blows co2 out of barrel as soon as cart is pierced.
Any Ideas?

Your  Co2 seal and valve needs a rebuild I have done many and it's easy. As soon as I get back home I will send you a link for Rick he has the kits for 15 beans.

reseal seal kits are very affordable if you go to the right place
precision pellet being one of them
