Agreed. Slap on a steel breech!

Yup. That's next on the list, along with a 14.5" barrel and a stock

Finished a couple wire stocks today...one aluminum and one steel. Left them over length so customers can fit length of pull.

Good looking stocks.  Especially like the ability to conform them to length.  One size doesn't fit all.  A simple cut is much easier than making a spacer to gain length.

Just finished setting up my pellet traps in the carport before the snow comes.  Messed around with lighting to see how things look through a Williams target reticle.......
I am using a heating pad which I hope will assist my CO2 guns in sub-freezing weather.  Plan to heat the gun with the co2 inside.  I have a very small thermometer to tape to the barrel.

Well, you beat me to moving the traps inside.  MI is having a warm fall so far.  My traps/target holders go to the basement.  Sorta cool for CO2 (64*) but, no heater needed to keep POI @ 10M.

Temps dropped here fast the last couple days.

After reading some information here and elsewhere regarding the pressure that can be developed on moded 13XX pistols, I decided to pin the valve on this 1322C.  I had first installed an 8-32 set screw in the front portion of the valve, like described in WyoMan's sticky, that is under the breech.  And now there are two 8-32 machine screws in the back portion of the valve that are located a bit to the rear of the TP center line as the 13XX platform is of smaller diameter than the 22XX and the brass valve has a 0.0161" TP.  There are threads in both the air tube and the valve on all three.  Whether or not this is overkill, I now have the experience of pinning a valve.

I added an air bleed in the bottom of the air tube to help limit any air cushioning when the hammer is release (the hammer is not slab sided).  Probably of limited effect but easy.

Pictures below.     :)
