  You need to go back and put a flat top piston and valve in it, Man it sure makes a big differnce!

machined an aluminium hammer so i could continue my testing of hammers springs and additional weights in the form of a rear cocker/cock indicator and did a bit more testing also altered a brass tube cap to take the rear cocker

I have just finished completely refinishing one of Archer's Industry Brand sights.  It was brand new but very corroded and nasty finish.  It is now a nice combination of polish and powder coat.

I now have a very fine bead (.067") on a muzzle brake.  Hard shot to take and can't show too much of the Gauntlet project gun, but the fuzzy clearing in the photo is the notch opening of the rear sight.  Much better looking at arm's length with eyeballs instead of several inches away with a camera, but hopefully you get the idea.


I also made and polished the very first completed set of ambidextrous black solid resin grips that will have their coming out party tomorrow evening

That sight looks excellent. Archer should get them to clean it up before shipping to the US.

Great job on the sight.  Fact is, they should all come from the factory in that condition.

Looks good Davio, it's like the opposite of mine. I didn't like the silver screw that Archer included so I cut a bit off the original black screw and used that one, looks better I think.

Hate cold blue with a burning passion? Try rust blueing...time consuming...but easy to do. Finish cannot be rubbed off with 0000 steel wool.
