Not physical labor but took two customers orders for full tunes on a Weihrauch HW50S and a Diana Model 34. Going to be busy the next week or so!

Touched up a few missing paint marks on the 600 with a permanent marker (thanks for tips guys

While I had her out I thought I'd have a look at the safety which just laid down in the off position.

Really simple, just took off grips, undid one screw and could see years of use and taken the tension out of the leaf bar (didn't know how else to describe). So I gave it a gentle bend the other way, now very snug and actually clicks off and on.

Last thing was grips, went to screw on and the nut which sits on far side to screw into just kept spinning. Popped it out, looked like May have been on wrong way around (one side has beveled edge), screwed in a few times to check thread and then fitted. Grips nice and tight too.

Loving the 600! $:-\$

My 1322 barrel arrived back today, it has been turned by UK Neil.

After removing barrel screw I tried to pop original out....no joy. I guess 40 years of crud etc.
In the end I tapped barrel in a fraction, then used barrel pull through with too large a cloth to drag it out.

Fitted new barrel and it's a perfect fit

So big thank you to UK Neil.

All that remains is to gas her up and try her out :DD

Really terrific mod. The pickle surely must tame down the report of the 600!

At some time, you should really strip the gun down, clean and reseal so you know everything is tip top.

Nothing to special, but I am very happy with the LDC results.......

Finished all the internals on the LDC and tested on my 1740 pistol. Very acceptable!! I just need to turn down the OD to make it pretty and add my signature muzzle nipple to it which I normally only do on air strippers. I also mounted my Beeman 3x9x32 on the Disco. I have a Hawke 4x32AO on its way that may replace it or may find its way to my Marlin 39A?? Not sure yet. The Disco has a 6.5" TKO coming which it needs badly! That puppy is loud.
