Today I rermoved from my custom 1300KT the LW barrel, breech and instaled it on my 2240.  Now I will need parts to put the 1300KT back togeather.  The 2240 stock barrel is too short and the plastic breech has to go.  Just sent a message to Rich at Ye ole Airgun Shop asking about an aluminum breech.

Today I changed out my 2250 tube for a 2260, I just need a longer for end now.

OK, my 2260 project has finally taken off.  First round of paint didn't go so well.  I botched it up pretty good in a misguided attempt to put it together not cured.  So I stripped all the paint off and re-prepped all metal.  In the interim I also had my stock ebonizing stuff getting ready.  I'll post a full up write up in about a week with pics, but the stock is done now, curing, and paint (round #2) is also curing.  Will Post pics soon.
Full blown Crosmaniac.

Stuff was finally cured enough to work safely with!!  Never checked with mods to see if 2260's were ok to talk about so if not I won't do a write up and I we can move this to general airgunning or wherever.  Anyways it's 12:30AM and I just got done (big Friday night eh?) with this thing so the lighting isn't the best but until tomorrow here is some pics!

Brief list of work:
1. Stripped stock and ebonized with iron acetate and quebracho tea
2. Stripped all metal of bluing primed and repainted
3. Did the 3 screw trigger mod and cleaned and polished all internals.
Full blown Crosmaniac.

Krylon for metal.  Then Krylon camo topped off with krylon matte clear coat.  And thanks!
