Picked up a new PC-77 at wally-world for $52, must be very recent production because... there is a QD hole for the pin & spring  for a 1399 stock  in the upper-rear frame. (i.e. it's the same as the newer 2289 Backpacker frame)

Haven't seen that before on 13XX frames but it's a great addition and easy to add the pin and spring later.

I'm guessing the go-forward production of 13XX frames will all have this or... did I get a "grab a frame, any frame" gun from Crosman assembly?

I just checked my recent 1322, and a phase 2 and phase 3 1377.
They all have that hole.

I think that all of the 13xx/22xx frames have had it for quite some time now. All of mine have it. I need to make some pins, because I like that option and miss the quick disconnect. The little wiggle does not bother me once i have the rifle shouldered.

The frame on my 2300KT has it too, I wonder if the P-rod frames have it?  Anyone with a P-rod want to check and let us know?
