I will be replacing the factory pump arm pin on my 1377 with a Mellon`s solid pin kit , but I want to take the oportunity to clean up the tube , so I know that taking out the piston /pumparm out of the tube is easy . My question is how difficult  is to insert the piston / pump arm assembly  again on the tube ? is there a technique I should know about  it ?

It just goes back in. Just be careful not to damage the seals when putting it back.

So, is not a big deal ? just insert it in carefully and it will go in ??

It is easy. Don't sweat it. If Crosman can do it, so can you.

They say 1 side I think the left side from a shooter's perspective has a bigger hole just like the pump arm holes..Also per Mr. Melonair's instruction the holes are supposed to be drilled w/ a 3/16 drill bit..Just make sure not to drill it 1st coz it might fit in just fine..If it were me and it happens to be tight even after polishing and greasing it I would not want to rebore the pump tube pin holes. I would just mount the pin on an electric drill like you would a drill bit and let it whir against a 1000-1500 grit sandpaper. Best regards

while you have the pin out you might want to take the opportunity to debur the tube at that time
