Picked up my 1322 Today!

Well, after a bit more of a wait than I expected (nearly 2 weeks) I stopped in to my LGS today to find out if, in fact, my order for a Crosman 1322c had actually been received and if so, what the hold up was RE: shipping. Much to my surprise and delight, first thing I saw when I looked behind the order desk, was a distinctive Crosman air pistol package! Since I was pretty sure that I was the ONLY one ordering an air gun thru this guy, I KNEW it was mine! (and it was). All said an done, $56 and change. I'm very pleased. I picked up my 2289 last week so I guess I'm doubly pleased! Now I've got to get the both of them broken in and start considering what, how & when to do some modin'. For the immediate future, I'm just planning on cleaning off the factory grease, wiping out the barrel and doing some "3 or 4 pump" indoor shooting. As I may have alluded to in my earlier posts to this forum, I'm a little concerned about "staying under the RADAR" RE: this new money pit. My moding will be slow paced to be sure. Actually, I'm thinking that I just may have to pick up a "pumper" in .177 cal. (Just to round things out). I have some questions about that endeavor tho and will start another thread on that topic. That's it for now, FLEX

I guess I didn't know it was a contest Perhaps a reminder tho that not everyone is fully versed in the acronyms that abound throughout the online forum scene. While there may be some cross-over in the U.S., I'm suspecting that there may be a huge disconnect between the jargon (and subsequent acronyms) used by the world-wide air gun enthusiasts and the Americans (i.e. U.S. citizens) that belong to firearm forums. Surely, someone must have compiled a glossary of this stuff. FLEX
