Hey Mike!

Well, the bad news: Banning bb guns is a BAD thing.

The good news: With the proposed "buy-back" program, you would be a RICH man!  ;D ;D ;D

Make no mistake:  gun control is not about guns.  It's about control.
Cheers,

23 seconds into that video... OH NO! I LIVE IN THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF MA!!!   :o   :-X

Sigh of relief, the video is 7 years old.  ;)

You see, here in MA, we cannot have ammunition, primers, or powder shipped to us through the mail (well, it's a technicality because our AG would have the vendor show up in court and go through b.s., so nobody does it [or we keep those vendors on the down low.]) But thankfully, there still exists the airgun loophole whereby pyramyd will ship me a Benjamin Rogue via the usps -think you only need to be 18. I've had at least 5 airguns sent through the mail, and I'd be pissed if Martha Coakley was smart enough to find out and close it.

"You might not think Massachusetts could become any more anti-gun..."   -I'll give him that. I never thought in a million years I'd be fighting to keep 10 rd magazines or to keep firearm owners insurance at bay!

That vid was from nov of 2006.

Interested on the success of that bill.
Anyone from mass here to comment?

After further investigation, looks like Massachusetts mostly has an age restriction.
Kids can't go out shooting their red rider unless they are 18 or have a parent.
Good to know the ban didn't work.
