Title: Longer Safety
Post by: cohiba on May 28, 2013, 06:52:51 PM
Good day to you all!!!!

I just received my Easton tuned P-Rod and a 2 peice Chavka Grip forearm set, freaking love it!!!!

One point of concern is that the grip area around the safety is too thick and wont allow for your finger to ingage or disingage the safety, i am actually using a BBQ skewer to do the job.

Does anyone know of anybody who can make a longer safety? it only needs about 3/26 on either end and it will work perfectly.

thank you in advance for your help!!!

If you do it Mike, how many can you make to make it worth your while, Stainless hopefully.

I will post some photos tomorrow of the gun, it is super sweet. Im very tired just brought home our new baby boy last friday.

OK guys here ya go, my 2 new babies.

One is PRod Easton tuned with a 18 inch Easton Shroud (made by gaska) with Michael Chavka Tuxedo!!!!! Wonderfully balanced and Extremely quiet. Easton had Gaska build these shrouds to his specs and inside the barrel is completely floating without touching anything! Right on the money accurate. 3000PSI - 1800 PSI gives me 4 magazines = 32 shots with no POI change. Approx. 12-13 fpe

Michael used Lacewood. This gun is perfectly balanced, very lightweight.

I do like the idea of buying my boy a gun and leaving it in the packaging until the right day to open and teach him some modding!!!!!!

Thank you for the compliments!!!!

So anyone up for making some SS safeties? LOL
