Title: Mig welding gas
Post by: outofthefire on July 24, 2013, 10:07:38 PM
I've read a couple of threads on using an argon co2 mix welding gas in pistols/rifles but haven't found anything conclusive. Im a welder fabricator and have access to as much of this gas as I want. My regulators on the bottles tells me its at just under 250 bar about 3500 psi. Its an inert gas at what should be a good pressure has anyone actually tried to use it?

lots of people use argon i think the advantage was being able to use a tank that goes to 6k psi that sounds better than 3k,4.5k escpecially in areas there are no dive shops and plenty of welding shops
if you check airgunhome, gta, yellow forum you will see some info
