Title: Green Dot Question
Post by: Ray384 on September 29, 2013, 04:53:56 AM
I have purchased a Gamo Green Dot sight to put on my 3576, don't laugh I am new to this.  From the written description of this model they say it has two levels of brightness.  After getting it home I cannot find control to do this.  All pictures of the sight show it from one side, so I cannot see if somehow I got the wrong model.

If anyone out there has one of these sights could you tell me where the control is, so I can save what little sanity I have.

End of problem, returned it to BassPro.  It only had one brightness.

Picked up a red/green with 5 brightness eps and 4 apatures.  Of course it cost more than $12.

Well I guess you get what you pay for. But still if they advertise it as having 2 brightness settings it darn well should.

It did have a couple of good points. It was light and mounted low on the barrel of tthe 357.  The new one requires a Weaver base and is heavier in general.
