Would an oem .22 bolt probe work in a .20 barrel? I am thinking of converting my 1322 to 1320. If it did, it would probably give a much better sealing at the breech loading as well. I am keeping eyes open for a .20 barrel. TIA

Roy at Mountain Air Custom Airguns does offer a .20 LW top end for 13xx/22xx guns. He can also supply a .20 cal. bolt.
Well I use a .22 bolt in my .20 cal, seems a nice snug fit, in fact feels better in the .20 than the 22.
Thanks Droid.
Do you see any damage in the o-ring because of the snug fit? I know the .22 and .20 will be close in od, but I didn't want to take the chance of eventually wearing down on the o-ring.
No noticeable wear on mine but mine doesn't get overly used.
I suppose even if it does wear it is just a standard o ring. I assume the aftermarket probes will be the same as .22 ones with a smaller o ring.
From what I read there are plenty of people just using the .22 ones.
i used a .22 one on my .20 all i had to do was slightly alter the taper behind the oring to fit the leade i'd machined in the barrel
ped
make an adjustable bolt
one was made for me and i use it for .177 and .22 with no leaks
