Title: Bolts?
Post by: hstedman on July 03, 2014, 12:30:12 AM
I know accustoms used to sell an extended probe and a flow thru probe... I'm converting a 1377 to a 1322 and need a .22 bolt (preferably with an extended probe because I saw quickster's test), where do most of you guys get these parts anymore? accustoms doesnt seem to be selling bolts.
Thanks,
Hans

For stainless I get them from Don Cothren  http://www.cothranmachine.com/ (http://www.cothranmachine.com/)
For brass from Anthony R (fivestar45)   [amriensr@yahoo.com] just email Anthony.
Price is about the same from each.  Best thing, in my mind, is that they both add magnets to the end of their bolts.  Magnets keep the bolt open when the gun is tilted down for loading.
Enjoy...
Note:  both are extended type bolts.

MellonAir sells both hollow probe and extended probe bolts. Best price around and $2 shipping, only drawback is his backlog of orders.

I actually have a spare one, never used. I won't have access to it for a few weeks, but will let you know the specifics and will sell to you for a song if you still need it then. Keep us posted  :-*
