Title: pyramyd air
Post by: Bud on April 28, 2015, 02:35:17 AM
I just got an email from Pyramyd Air, they included a cupon . The steel breech is now down to $41.  I am ordering one to complete my build. I spent my money on internal stuff from Alchemy. I don't think that I will add a stock or a longer barrel, yet. This thing has caused me to delay my other project. I could have been finished with other project. Darn these things are addictive. :-* ;D

They sure are! I just got my grips and forearm in from Steve Corcoran.  I need to get them installed and then avoid totalling up how much I have spent on upgrading a $50 pistol.   :-[  But, once they are on and the 1377 is at the end of its upgrades, it is time to start working on the 1740!!  :D :D

After I install the breech I will have to back off for a while. There are other projects that need my pennies, and boy does it take time to save up for them. ;D

Isn't that the truth. It always seems like just when you get almost there, something else pops up, and you either want, or need that part, then spend part of your savings for a higher priced piece to get the deal you jus stumbled on. Vicious cycle, seems to bite us all. I'm currently saving for a ShoeBox Compressor. The PCP heard has grown to the point I'm tired of needing the Scuba, or Paintball shop to fill my tanks. Plus with the 4-H team, the kids can go through some air, and we thought we shot a lot.

Regarding PA, I recently got an order chalked up but didn't pull the trigger. A week later they sent an email to me for 5% off. A few days after that another one, this time for 10%. Now if you are doing the $150 or more with free shipping, those coupons don't matter. And I know PA has 10-15 percent discounts and promotions all the time anyway. But if for some reason you were wanting to buy something from them without a discount, balk on the checkout page and wait a week or two and they'll send you a discount coupon code in an email.

Thanks for the tip, I need to get some higher end 177 pellets ordered before the team has their regional match. That sounds like a god way to get 10-15% off that order.
